West Bank West Bank is one of the most popular places for tourists, seeking the blazing hot sun and the scorching, feet-burning sands. With the sea and various locales, it makes up a perfect location for a Villain to reign free. Unless there is a hero around to stop them... after all, hidden amongst so many stupid, silly, inferior tourists are plenty of Super Powered Justice Bringers, that can't wait for their moment to shine.	0	0

Harrisburg Harrisburg is the city commonly referred to as the breeding ground for both Crooks and Vigilantes. Unlike Brooville Ridge, Harrisburg is a city, which doesn't offer a lot in terms of the future. Thugs are commonplace, as are both men and women who dare to fight back. Unfortunately, the nature of the crime usually demands more than a sentence in Prison.	0	0
Upper Richburgh Upper Richburgh is an area, a safe haven of sorts, where crime is low due to the high numbers of Superheroes. At first, Upper Richburgh was one of the more violent spots of the Town, however with the increase of violence came the increase of need for justice, that eventually brought the Richburgh into a peaceful and prosperous state. A daring Villain would often find himself outmatched, not that that the Heroes know each other or are always there to help... Sometimes, it's all about the right timing.	0	0
Hartburgh Retreat Hartburgh Retreat is the back yard of crime. Even Heroes stay away from this particular area of Harrisburg, as coming here is like signing a death wish. However as is often the case, the Villains fight amongst themselves more than they do against the People of Justice, and as such, the Retreat often becomes the battleground, where the winner becomes the Boss of all Bosses.	0	0
