Face Claim:

The Citizen.

Name:

The most important part of any character is their name, a first and a last name is the most common form of all names in the world. Though some citizens do in fact occupy double - barrel names and also feature middle names. Your name could also be derived from the English, French, German, Russian etc... Languages. We simply require you to place in a name for what your character will be known by publicly. Not much of a task is there?

Nickname:

Your character may not just be known by your primary name, but also by childhood or work - based names. Such as someone calling you 'Doc' on a regular basis. Nicknames should have some sort of meaning behind them, whether your character's peers used to brand them with the name or if it naturally adapted to them during work. This area can be left empty if you do not wish for a nickname.

Age:

We hope that you'll be realistic with your character when it comes to choosing an age. Obviously we don't wish to find members having a thirteen year old character, but already being some sort of evil genius that's killed off his entire family. When it comes to ages, the sky tends to be the limit. Just try to be realistic about it though please.

Gender:

A difficult section of the character creation, is your character either male or female? Remember, once you've been approved, there's no going back on your gender. Unless your ability is to alter your gender of course.

City of Origin:

What forum city will your character start in?

Occupation:

Though this can area can be avoided, it's highly advised that you take some sort of professional career for your character when they are in the public eye. Not only will it help create a more interesting character development, but it will also help you create more of a story for your character. Any job can be claimed apart from obvious roles such as belonging to a Monarchy or being a World Leader. You could become a Police Officer, Doctor, Teacher, Janitor, Radio Presenter, Store Clerk. This list simply goes on...

Personality:

We hope for originality when it comes to writing up your personality. This section will basically describe how your character acts within the world. Are they quite a boring person or are they the funniest person you could be around? Do they have hate for others or do they love every single person they meet? Do they prefer Sweet or Sour food? There is huge list of information you could write up about your character and thus we expect a limit of at least three paragraphs for your personality. You could include a short list of what your character likes and dislikes as well!

Obviously, you may come to the decision that you love a certain character so much from a show or a film, that you wish to mimic their personality. This will be allowed, however, we expect you to write up the personality in your own words. We wish to see no copy and pasting from other sites, please stick to originality and creativity.

Appearance:

Quite a self explanatory section, how does your character appear? You may be in fear that you'll be unable to create a large amount of information for this area, but have no fear for the community are here to help you! We'd recommend that you give a brief paragraph at how your character physically appears, are they tall or small? Do they weigh a lot? Are they tanned and muscular? You could even talk about scars or battle wounds if you character has suffered from any.

Another paragraph could be dedicated to what your character will wear when out in the public world. What does your character wear and why do they wear this particular outfit? What colours feature on the outfit? What style of clothing is it? You don't have to stick to just one outfit though, you can include a whole wardrobe if you like! There is no maximum limit though we do expect a minimum of around two detailed paragraphs.

History:

This is where it gets interesting. Depending on your age, there will be either a large or standard amount of information within the History area. The limit is currently set for at least three detailed paragraphs, though that doesn't mean you can't include more. What we expect to find in your history is your birth, how your childhood was like, how you found out about your ability and also any other pieces of information you wish to include. Such as how you became a hero, a villain or a vigilante. Please try to be original and creative in this area, we do not wish to find many thirteen year old characters destroying entire towns.

The Alias:

Now we're in your mysterious and secret territory, what is the name of your alias? You can have any name you can think of, as long as it doesn't copy another members alias. If you're struggling for ideas, then don't forget that you can link your name with your ability or your combat style.

You've already told us about the real you, now tell us how you're alter ego acts. Once again, we hope for originality when it comes to placing information within this area. What you could include was how your alias views crime, why they chose the path of good, evil or neutrality. Do they join in with the fight or do they try to prevent it? Try to give as much detail as possible when it comes to your aliases personality, we expect a minimum of two paragraphs within this area.

Appearance:

The piece of clothing that you will be commonly seen wearing when out fighting crime or causing crime. This will be how you are recognised in the eyes of the world and other super - powered people. A small, yet detailed, one paragraph worth of information will be a minimum for this area. As we only expect you to write about how your costume looks and so on. That doesn't mean that you can't include more though, if you have more costumes or other pieces of information, then by all means place it within here. Images are also welcomed to be placed here, though we recommend you use [spoiler] or [url] tags.

History:

How did your alias come to be? All we ask of you to write here is how you actually created or came across your alter ego. It could be during your younger years, looking up to the older generations of heroes or it could be that you simply had seen enough of crime and abuse on the streets, so you took your cape and battled crime! A minimum of two paragraphs is expected within here. Everyone has a story behind their mask, so what's yours?
